BrewCo's SMASH (Single Malt And Single Hop) Beer Kits in the 23-litre size let you explore the pure character of individual malt and hop combinations in a full-size all-grain batch. With a single base malt and a single hop variety, every flavour in the finished beer comes directly from those two ingredients — making SMASH brewing an excellent way to understand how hops and malts taste individually.
Each kit includes a full grain bill (pre-crushed), hop pellets, and brewing instructions. Designed by the Head Brewer at Fountain Head Brewery, Sowerby Bridge.
