I've never brewed before. Where should I start?

Start with our Getting Started guide. For kits, try a starter kit or extract kit — they handle most of the complexity. Most first batches succeed.

How long does a brew take?

Typically 4–6 weeks from brew day to drink. Extract kits are faster (2–3 weeks). The wait is worth it.

Do I need special equipment?

Starter kits include everything. Beyond that, you might want a heat belt (£15–25) to control temperature, or a bottling wand (£5–8) to speed up bottling. Most core gear comes with the kit.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Provide your delivery address and select your payment method. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Can I collect locally?

Yes. Local collection is available weekdays 9am–4pm at our Sowerby Bridge shop. Contact hello@brewco.uk if these times don't work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout. Cash on collection is also available at our premises.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary by method:

• DPD Next Weekday: Delivered next business day
• Express: 1–3 business days
• International: 2–11 business days

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your bank).

Note: Return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
