Wine Sweetener (250ml) is a non-fermentable artificial sweetener used to sweeten a dry wine to taste once fermentation is complete, without any risk of restarting fermentation in the bottle.
Stabilise first with Campden Tablets and Fermentation Stopper, then add sweetener gradually, tasting as you go, before bottling.
