Shipping Policy

Delivery / Despatch Times
  • Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day, and we always aim to dispatch as soon as possible.
  • We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked for most orders, although also use DPD for next weekday delivery if chosen at checkout and also for some of our bigger orders.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location and other factors.
  • If you require any items in a hurry, please get in contact and we will see what we can do to accommodate this.

Delivery Prices (UK mainland)

  • Express: £5.99 up to 5kg, £6.99 over 5kg.
  • Free Express delivery on orders of £75 or more.
  • DPD next weekday: £7.49, or £3.49 on orders of £75 or more.

Northern Ireland

  • Express: £5.99 (any weight).

Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man

  • Express (Royal Mail): £6.49 up to 5kg, £7.49 for 5–15kg, £7.99 over 15kg.
  • DPD 2-day is also available, priced by weight at checkout.

The exact price for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Some areas (for example the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore postcodes) can't use DPD next weekday. See our full shipping policy for details.

Order Tracking
All orders, once dispatched, will be sent a tracking number. This can be used on the royal mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item to track your order. If your order is sent using DPD, you can click on the tracking number sent on dispatch and this should take you through to the DPD website containing all relevant information.
