Orders and delivery
- Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day.
- UK Express delivery is £5.99, and free on orders over £75.
- DPD next weekday delivery is £7.49, or £3.49 on orders over £75.

Returns, damage and missing items
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.
- If something arrives damaged, please tell us within 5 days and send photos.
- If something is missing from your order, please tell us within 7 days.
