The Muntons Connoisseurs Home Brew Kit Range is specifically formulated to produce stronger, more characterful beers that emulate classic styles from around the world. Using 1.8kg of high-quality Muntons malt extract — significantly more than a standard 1.5kg tin — these kits deliver beers with noticeably more body, depth, and alcohol content than entry-level ranges.

About the Beer Styles

What's Included

Each 1.8kg kit contains hopped malt extract and yeast. Add water and Brew Enhancer or spray malt (recommended over plain sugar for this range) and ferment for 7–10 days. Full instructions included.

What Equipment Do You Need?

A 25-litre fermenter with airlock, a hydrometer, a syphon, and either bottles with caps or a pressure barrel. Our home brew starter kits include everything. Always sanitise thoroughly with VWP or ChemSan.
