Available in Dry White, Red, Rosé, and Sweet White.

What Equipment Do You Need?

You'll need a 5 Litre Fermentation Vessel, Airlock, and Syphon. Always sanitise with VWP or ChemSan.

Yeast

Ferment white styles with GV9 and red with GV8 — already a sensible style-matched pairing. For the Red specifically, Mangrove Jack's CR51 is also worth trying, bred for light, fruity, early-drinking reds.
