What Equipment Do You Need?
You'll need a 5 Litre Fermenter, Airlock, and Syphon. Always sanitise with VWP or ChemSan.
Upgrading your yeast
For the reds (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz): try Mangrove Jack's CR51, bred for light, fruity, early-drinking reds. For the dry whites (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc): Mangrove Jack's CL23 keeps it crisp and clean. For the off-dry styles (Piesporter, Zinfandel Rosé): Mangrove Jack's MA33 suits their fruitier, slightly sweeter character.
