IPA

Traditionally highly hopped and robust to survive the long voyage to the Indian sub-continent. The result is a full bodied Pale Ale with a zesty character.

Golden Ale

English Pale malts coupled with Challenger and Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale, with caramel aromas, a pleasing toffee apple flavour and a late bitterness.

Cream Stout 

This Cream Stout beer kit makes 36 pints. Fuggles and Challenger hops plus a blend of 5 local malts creates an aromatic, strong, dark chocolate cream stout with a satisfying bittersweet aftertaste. Serve at room temperature.

Ruby Red

This Ruby Red Ale beer kit makes 40 pints. A tawny red ale with subtle malt undertones and a distinctive spiciness from the Rye malt. Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature.

Honey Porter

A traditional English porter with a sweet honey taste and aroma.

Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature. Contains Barley (Gluten) and Rye (Gluten)

St Peter’s head brewer has included the same quality ingredients of the commercially brewed Plum porter in this easy to use beer kit.

St Peter’s Plum Porter is a dark, sweet, full-bodied beer with background notes of damson and blackcurrant, followed by the fruitiness of the plum in flavour and aroma.
