A 25-litre fermenter with airlock, a hydrometer, a syphon, and either bottles with caps or a pressure barrel. Always sanitise thoroughly with VWP or ChemSan.
Want to try a different yeast?
Every Bulldog kit comes with its own yeast, so you don't need to buy any. If you'd like to experiment: for hoppy American styles (Evil Dog, Four Finger Jack, Raja's Reward), Safale US-05 keeps things clean so the hops shine. For malt-forward English styles (Triple Tykes, Cobnar Wood, Bad Cat, Pennine Peak, Yule Brew), Safale S-04 gives a fast, clean, characterful ferment. For the lagers (Hammer of Thor, Cortez Gold), Saflager W-34/70 gives a genuinely crisp result an ale yeast can't match.
