What Equipment Do You Need?
You'll need a 5 Litre Fermentation Vessel, Airlock, and Syphon. Always sanitise with VWP or ChemSan.
Yeast
Ferment with GV11 Red Fruit Wine Yeast for the darker fruits (Bilberry, Black Cherry, Cherry) or GV5 White Fruit Wine Yeast for the lighter styles (Apricot, Elderflower, Peach, Strawberry) — already a sensible style-matched pairing.
