The Air Still Fermentation Kit from Still Spirits contains all the base ingredients needed to produce an 8-litre wash for distilling a clean, neutral spirit with the Still Spirits Air Still or Air Still Pro — just add sugar and water.
Kit contains: Pure Turbo Yeast, Turbo Carbon (activated carbon for cleaner fermentation), and Turbo Clear (two-part fining agent)
How to use
- Clean and sanitise all equipment
- Dissolve sugar in water to your target volume at the correct starting temperature (shown on the sachet)
- Add Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon and stir until dissolved
- Ferment until complete (typically 2–3 days)
- Degas the wash, then add Turbo Clear Part A, wait 1 hour, then add Part B and leave 24 hours to clear
