Alcotec Carbon 48 Turbo Yeast contains activated carbon blended into the yeast mixture, providing both fermentation power and a preliminary carbon filtration step in one product. The activated carbon helps adsorb and reduce unwanted congeners and off-flavours during fermentation, resulting in a cleaner finished base alcohol.
