Aurora (T90 Pellet), also known as Super Styrian, is a Slovenian hop variety with an intense, pleasant hoppy aroma and very good storage stability. With high alpha acids and excellent yield, it is primarily used as a bittering hop in European lagers, but its clean, smooth character also suits British ales.
