Bramling Cross (T90 Pellet) was bred in 1927 by Professor Salmon at Wye from a Bramling (a traditional Golding variety) crossed with a male seedling of a wild Manitoban hop. It delivers a distinctive character of blackcurrant, lemon, and spice that sets it apart from other British varieties. Excellent in dark ales, porters, and winter beers.
