Centennial is a bold American dual-purpose hop, often nicknamed "Super Cascade", and this 200g pack of T90 pellets is a staple for IPA brewers.

It has a similar profile to Cascade but more intense, with enough alpha acid to bitter a beer and plenty of floral citrus left for aroma.
