Description

Columbus (T90 Pellets) The super high alpha varieties of Columbus (as well as Tomahawk and Zeus, or CTZ) are used extensively for bittering. Columbus offers aromas of lemongrass, vanilla, orange peel and curry. It is worth noting that Columbus along with the other CTZ varieties have poor storage characteristics and so care should be taken to ensure they are stored well for best results.
