Columbus (T90 Pellet), also known as CTZ (Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus), is a super high-alpha American hop used extensively for bittering in big beers. It provides a clean, assertive bitterness with earthy, herbal, and mild citrus notes. A go-to bittering hop for West Coast IPAs, double IPAs, and barleywines.
Alpha Acids: 14–16% | Beta Acids: 4–5%
