Columbus, also sold as CTZ alongside Tomahawk and Zeus, is a very high-alpha American hop with an earthy, resinous punch, packed as 200g of T90 pellets.

Its bold, pungent bitterness makes it an efficient bittering hop, and a dry hop adds a dank, earthy depth to bigger IPAs.

How to use
