Description

Chinook was developed by the USDA breeding program in Washington State and released in 1985 as a high alpha variety. This cultivar takes its name from a Native American tribe indigenous to the region around Washington. The variety grows vigorously in all areas and offers robust aromas including red berries, fennel, basil, elderberry and lychee.
