Endeavour T90 Hop Pellets 200g

Endeavour is a modern English aroma hop, a cross between US Cascade and a British hedgerow hop, and this pack holds 200g of T90 pellets.

It is more delicate than US Cascade, giving British beers a fruity, contemporary twist without losing their traditional balance.

• Alpha acid: 5-9% (varies by harvest - check the pack)
• Aroma: blackcurrant, loganberry, spice; grapefruit and lime when added late
• Best for: late additions and dry hopping in English ales
