Fermenter King Junior

The Fermenter King Junior from Keg King is a 20 litre clear PET pressure fermenter and keg in one: ferment your beer under pressure, then serve it straight from the same tank on your tap system.

What's included

• Clear PET tank
• Pressure lid with a built-in pressure relief valve
• Stainless steel ball lock gas and liquid posts
• Silicone dip tube with a floating stainless steel pickup, so you draw clear beer from the top
• Silicone lid seal

Specs

• Total capacity: 20 litres - ferments up to 18 litres of wort
• Maximum pressure: 2.4 bar (35 psi)
• Keep cleaning and filling water below 50°C, and keep the tank out of direct sunlight

How to use

A spunding valve is needed to control the pressure during fermentation. Keg King suggests around 5-10 psi for ales and 15 psi for lagers. Once fermentation is done, connect the gas and liquid disconnects and serve.

Who it's for

Kegging brewers who want fewer transfers and less oxygen pick-up. At 20 litres it is about the size of a corny keg, so it suits most kegerators.
