Muntons Flagship American Pale Ale Home Brew Kit

Muntons Flagship American Pale Ale combines Amarillo and Cascade hop pellets for big citrus aromas, backed by a biscuity, slightly sweet malt character. Just add water - no sugar needed.

What is in the kit

• 3kg of hopped malt extract
• 30g Amarillo and 30g Cascade hop pellets for dry hopping
• Dried brewing yeast
• Hop straining bag and instructions

You will also need

• A 25 litre fermenter, airlock and hydrometer
• ChemSan - no-rinse sanitiser, important for hoppy beers
• Bottles and carbonation drops, or a pressure barrel

How to brew it

No sugar needed - just add water to the malt extract, pitch the yeast and ferment at 18-21°C. Add the hop pellets in the straining bag when the instructions say to. Full steps: Muntons Flagship instructions.
