Gervin GV7 Restart Yeast is a specialist yeast strain formulated specifically to re-start stuck or sluggish fermentations. Particularly effective for lager beers, it produces clean, clear results with a subtle flavour profile that won't overwhelm the existing character of your beer.
If your fermentation has stalled before reaching its expected final gravity, simply sprinkle GV7 directly onto the surface of the beer, maintain a warm temperature (20–22°C), and fermentation should resume within 24–48 hours. Adding Yeast Nutrient at the same time can help provide the nutrients needed for a healthy restart.
Always confirm fermentation is truly stuck with a Hydrometer before intervening. For standard fermentations, use Gervin GV12 Ale Yeast instead.
