Grainfather High Performance Cleaner is a powder cleaner made specifically for Grainfather brewing systems. It lifts stubborn, baked-on proteins without tedious scrubbing, including from hard-to-reach parts like the counterflow wort chiller, pipes and pump.

Why use it

  • Formulated for Grainfather systems - Grainfather advise using it, as other cleaners may damage your system over time
  • Safe on soft metals such as copper as well as stainless steel, which not many cleaners are
  • Cleans the inside of chillers, pipework and pumps where a brush cannot reach
  • Cuts down on scrubbing after brew day

Specifications

  • Pack size: 500g powder
  • Dose: 1 capful per 10 litres of hot water (above 60°C)

How to use

Dissolve in hot water and circulate through your system - full steps are in the How to Use box below.

Who it is for

Anyone brewing on a Grainfather G30v3 or Grainfather G40 who wants to keep the element, pump and chiller in good order. After cleaning, sanitise anything that touches cooled wort with ChemSan, a no-rinse sanitiser. One 500g tub covers many brew days at the recommended dose.
