Mangrove Jack's Pure Liquid Malt Extract is made from 100% malted barley, providing vital fermentable sugars, full malt flavour, and rich aroma to form the perfect base for home brew beer. Using liquid malt extract instead of standard sugar produces a noticeably fuller body, better head retention, and a more authentic beer character — the easiest way to upgrade any kit brew.
Available in Light, Amber, Dark, and Wheat variants across 1.2kg and 1.5kg sizes.
Variants
- Light (1.2kg & 1.5kg) — clean and neutral, ideal for lagers, pale ales, and adding body without colour
- Amber (1.5kg) — adds caramel malt character and a warm amber colour, perfect for bitters and amber ales
- Dark (1.5kg) — rich roasted malt flavour, ideal for stouts, porters, and dark ales
- Wheat (1.5kg) — adds wheat character, improved head retention, and a hazy body — perfect for wheat beers and Hefeweizens
How to Use
