Mosaic® (T90 Pellet) is a modern American aroma hop developed by Hop Breeding Company LLC and released in 2012. It offers a unique and complex blend of tropical fruit, stone fruit, blueberry, and earthy undertones that have made it one of the most sought-after hops in contemporary craft brewing.
Alpha Acids: 11–13% | Beta Acids: 3–4%
Superb as a late addition or dry hop. Combine with Citra for an incredible tropical and blueberry aroma, or use solo for a complex single-hop beer. Pairs well with Centennial for floral citrus depth. Ferment with Gervin GV12 Ale Yeast using a nylon straining bag for dry hopping.
