What Equipment Do You Need?

Upgrading your yeast: try Mangrove Jack's MA33, suited to this off-dry, fruitier character. If your fermenting spot runs cold over winter (often under 15°C), Lalvin EC-1118 is a reliable fallback.
Tips for Best Results
