Still Spirits Air Still Carbon Filter & Collection System

A simple container filter that polishes the spirit from one Air Still run. Pour your diluted spirit in and the carbon cartridge removes impurities as it drips through into the collector, with very little loss of volume.

• Carbon cartridge (one fitted)

Specs

• Capacity: 1.125 L of 40% ABV spirit - the output of one Air Still run
• Filter type: container filter with a compressed carbon cartridge
• Fits: Still Spirits Air Still and Air Still Pro
• Replace the cartridge for each batch; the washers can be re-used

How to use

Dilute your spirit to 40% ABV, fit a fresh cartridge, pour the spirit into the filter container and let it run through into the collector. Flavour and bottle.
