A no-fuss way to make small batches of spirit at home: the Still Spirits Air Still is a compact stainless steel pot still that turns 4 L of wash into about 1 L of 40% ABV spirit, using a fan instead of cooling water.

How to use

Ferment and clear a wash, pour 4 L into the boiler, fit the head and switch on. Dilute the spirit to 40% ABV, filter and flavour.
