Still Spirits Distiller’s Nutrient Light Spirits 450g

For clean vodka and gin bases, Still Spirits Distiller's Nutrient Light Spirits is a yeast nutrient blend formulated to reduce off-flavours during fermentation. It suits sugar, potato and molasses washes.

Dosage per 25 L fermentation

• Sugar wash (up to 15% ABV): 150 g / 190 ml / 11 bottle caps
• Potato wash (up to 10% ABV): 100 g / 130 ml / 7 bottle caps
• Molasses wash (up to 12% ABV): 100 g / 130 ml / 7 bottle caps

How to use

Shake well before use. Add with your yeast, stir well to dissolve and ferment according to the instructions for the yeast strain you are using.

We do not currently stock molasses, so bring your own if you are making a molasses wash.
