Still Spirits Whiskey Craft Kit

The Still Spirits Whiskey Craft Kit lets you build your own whiskey flavour from individual flavour notes such as peat smoke, oak, vanilla and cereal, so you can match your taste exactly or design something new.

Rather than one fixed essence, the kit gives you a set of Profile Range flavourings and adjuncts plus the measuring tools and a recipe booklet. Follow a recipe, tweak it, or start from scratch.

What's in the kit

• Flavour notes (50 ml bottles): Oak Cask, Sweet Vanillin, Peat Smoke, Astringent Notes, Fruity Esters, Cereal Notes, Carob Notes and Cedar Oak
• Whiskey Profile A, B, C and D flavourings
• Adjuncts: Distiller's Caramel and Glycerine (x2)
• Pipette, syringe and syringe extension tube for accurate dosing
• Recipe booklet, with a description of each flavour note to help you design your own blend

How to use

Shake each 50 ml bottle well, then measure the flavourings into your neutral spirit following a recipe from the booklet, or blend your own to taste.
