Thomas Coopers Wheat Malt Extract (1.5kg) is made from malted wheat and pale malt, producing a softer mouthfeel and significantly improved head retention when added to beer recipes. Use in conjunction with any beer kit or malt extract recipe to add wheat character, haze, and body.
Particularly useful when brewing wheat beers and hefeweizens alongside the Preacher's Hefe Wheat Kit. Also adds a creamy quality to pale ales and golden ales.
