It's official — the BrewCo Calculators app is live on Google Play, and it's completely free.

What's in it?

• 35 brewing calculators — ABV, priming sugar, water profiles, IBUs, strike temperatures, yeast pitch rates, price per pint and more, all working offline on brew day.
• AI photo tools — photograph any commercial beer and get a homebrew clone recipe with a one-tap shopping list; point your camera at a hydrometer and let the app read it; snap a troubled brew and get a diagnosis.
• Brew tracking — log every batch from brew day to your glass, with gravity charts and reminders when it's time to check on your fermenter.
• Community recipes — brand new: share your own recipes and brew what other BrewCo customers are making.
• Recipes, guides and troubleshooting — seasonal brewing ideas, step-by-step recipes, and answers for when something's gone wrong.

The hydrometer reader works with a standard wine and beer hydrometer floating in a trial jar.

Why we built it

We're brewers too, and we wanted the tools we use every brew day in one place — no ads, no subscription, built in Halifax by the same team behind the shop. If you find it useful, a review on Google Play genuinely helps other brewers find it.

Good to Know

The calculators work offline, so they're ready on brew day even if your signal isn't. The photo tools do need an internet connection. Whether you're on your first beer kit or brewing full all-grain batches, there should be something in there to make brew day easier. The app is on Google Play now.
