Festival Beer Kits

Festival beer kits are premium home brew kits that make about 23 litres (40 pints) each and need no added sugar. The range covers classic British ales such as Landlords Finest, Golden Stag and Suffolk Strong Ale, plus the Festival World series of international styles like German Weiss, Belgian Dubbel and New Zealand Pilsner.

Brewing guide & what you need

Ferment a Festival kit for 10-14 days at 18-20°C, then condition it in the bottle for at least 2-3 weeks. Festival kits reward patience, so the extra time in the bottle is worth it.

You will need a 25-litre fermenter with an airlock, a hydrometer, a syphon, and either bottles with caps or a pressure barrel. Sanitise everything that touches the beer with ChemSan (no-rinse) or VWP (cleaner/steriliser, rinse afterwards). New to brewing? Our home brew starter kits bundle the essentials together.
