A pack of 3 grade No. 1 Coarse pads made for the larger Buon Vino Super Jet filter. Use them as the first pass on heavy wines, especially full-bodied reds, to strip out the bigger particles.

Pad grades explained

The Super Jet range runs from No. 1 Coarse (5-7 microns) through No. 2 Polishing (1.5-2.5 microns) to No. 3 Sterile (0.5-1 micron). Bevie recommends using the Polishing grade before Sterile, and Coarse is the place to start with a heavy or cloudy wine.

How to use

Fit the pads following your Super Jet instructions and run the fined wine through. Fining first keeps the pads from blocking early.
