Champagne Wire Cage Twisting Tool

How to use

Push the cork into a filled champagne-style bottle and place a wire cage over it. Catch the wire loop on the hook of the tool and turn until the cage sits snugly under the lip of the bottle. Do not over-tighten or the wire can snap.
