You'll also need
Sugar or Carbonation Drops to carbonate the bottles - these aren't in the kit - plus caps for the bottles if yours need them.
How it works
Clean and sanitise the kit, mix the apple cider pouch and Cider Enhancer in the fermenter, top up to 23 litres and add the yeast. When fermentation is finished, bottle with the brew bottler and leave to condition. Full steps: Craft Series cider instructions.
