How to use it

Clean and sanitise the barrel, syphon in your fermented beer with a little priming sugar, seal the cap and leave it to condition. When the natural pressure drops and the pour slows, give a short burst of CO2. With an S30 cylinder, keep each burst to about a second so the valve does not freeze open.
