Cedarex Liquid Malt Extract is Muntons' concentrated brewers wort, made from brewing-quality malts and supplied in 25kg packs. Choose Light, Amber or Dark to add flavour, body and gravity points to your brew.

Specification

• Pack size: 25kg
• Form: liquid malt extract (a thick syrup)
• Light: made by hot-water extraction of malted barley, then concentrated under vacuum to around 80% solids (Muntons specification)

How to use

Weigh out what your recipe needs and dissolve it in hot water or wort. It can make up all of the fermentable sugar in an extract brew, or boost the gravity and body of an all-grain or kit beer. Warming the container makes the syrup easier to pour.
