Celeia, often sold as Styrian Golding Celeia, is a Slovenian aroma hop with a refined floral, earthy and lemony character, packed as 200g of T90 pellets.
It gives a clean, elegant hop note rather than a big fruity one, so it suits beers where balance and drinkability matter most.
Hop profile
- Origin: Slovenia (a triploid cross from Savinjski Golding, Aurora and a Slovenian wild hop)
- Alpha acid: 4-7% (varies by harvest - check the pack)
- Aroma: floral, earthy, lemon, herbal, lightly spicy
- Best for: late additions in lagers and continental ales
- Great in: continental lagers, Pilsners, Kölsch and English-style ales
- Format: T90 pellets, 200g pack
The hops are milled and pressed into T90 pellets, which are easy to measure and keep their character well when stored properly. See our hops storage guide for keeping them fresh.
How to use
Add it in the last few minutes of the boil, in the whirlpool or as a dry hop in the fermenter for aroma. Plan timings with our Hop Scheduler.
Who it's for
