Large, fluted hardened stainless steel rollers crack the outer husk of the grain longitudinally, providing optimal surface area for your mash and a better filter bed during the sparge.
The removable 1kg grain hopper and 10 adjustable gap settings (0.8mm–2mm) make it easy to dial in the perfect crush for any grain type, from pale base malts to roasted specialty grains. A variable speed dial gives you further control over the crush rate.
