The Grainfather GF30 Fermenter Cooling Pump Kit lets you cool your GF30 Conical Fermenter with cold water instead of a glycol chiller. A small pump pushes iced water through the fermenter's double-walled insulated jacket so you can keep fermentation temperature steady.

Why temperature control matters

Stable fermentation temperature stops the yeast getting stressed, so it ferments properly and gives the flavour profile the recipe intends.

How to use

Connect the couplers and hoses to the fermenter, put the pump into a cool box of water and add ice to suit the temperature you need. The water is pumped through the fermenter jacket to cool it.
