Inkbird Temperature Controller ITC-308 Series

The Inkbird ITC-308 is a pre-wired, plug-and-play temperature controller that switches a heater and a cooler on and off to hold your fermenter at the temperature you set. It is one of Inkbird's best-selling controllers and a popular choice for home brewers.

How to use

Tape the probe to the side of your fermenter under some insulation, plug your heater and fridge into the matching sockets, then set your target temperature and differentials.
