How it works

In a top-tap King Keg the tap is in the lid area, so beer has to be lifted from inside the barrel. The float holds the intake just under the surface, and the pressure in the barrel pushes beer up to the tap. As the level drops, the float drops with it.

How to use

Clean and sanitise the float and its tube, fit it to the inside of the top tap, then fill and pressurise the barrel as normal.
