Frequently Asked Questions
How much wine does it make?
Approximately 23 litres - around 30 bottles - at 12-14% ABV.
What's in the kit?
Grape juice concentrate, yeast, finings, stabiliser and full instructions.
Do I need to add sugar?
Yes, 3.5kg of brewing sugar, which is not included.
How long does it take?
Ferment at 18-22°C until finished, let it clear fully, then condition for 1-2 weeks in the bottle. Take hydrometer readings two days apart - if the gravity hasn't changed, fermentation has finished. See our guide to how long a wine kit takes.

Can I improve the result?
Optionally upgrade the yeast to Gervin GV9 White Wine Yeast or Lalvin K1V-1116, and use Bentonite for a clearer wine. Serve well chilled.
