Muntons Spraymalts are made using the finest premium malts, spray dried into a fine, soluble powder. This process retains all of the malt flavour without imparting any burnt or off flavours — ideal additions to any recipe, adding extra malt sugars and a delicious malt flavour.
Use as a direct replacement for sugar in your brew, in the same quantity as the brewing sugar stated on your kit. Simply pour the sachet contents into the fermenter with the extract and continue brewing as usual.
- Extra Light — adds extra body and richness, especially useful for American-style or light beers
- Light — great for all beer styles, especially lighter beers such as lagers and pilsners
- Medium — rich malt flavour, ideal for bitters, boosting natural body for a more rounded, mellow brew
- Dark — a more intense sweet malt flavour with additional colour
- Wheat — great for traditional wheat beer styles, adds body and richness, and aids head retention
