How to make it
Add 1kg of dextrose, or swap it for Mangrove Jack's Cider Enhancer to boost body and mouthfeel. Top up to 23 litres, add the yeast and follow our Craft Series cider instructions. Carbonation Drops make priming the bottles easy.
A lighter-strength choice for summer gatherings, and a good alternative if you prefer mango to the sharper Raspberry & Lime Cider.
