Ale strains

  • M15 Empire Ale - full-bodied ales with rich dark fruit
  • M36 Liberty Bell Ale - English and American pale ales, ESB, golden ales
  • M42 New World Strong Ale - neutral, for IPAs, porters and stouts
  • M44 US West Coast - very clean, lets hops punch through
  • M66 Hophead Ale - yeast and enzyme blend for hazy and juicy IPAs
  • M12 Kveik - fast and neutral, ferments very warm

Wheat, Belgian and farmhouse

  • M20 Bavarian Wheat - banana and clove for hefeweizen
  • M21 Belgian Wit - fruity and spicy for witbier
  • M29 French Saison - spicy, peppery and very dry
