Mangrove Jack's H3 West Coast is a bold hop pellet blend of pine and resin with a citrus edge, built for that classic West Coast punch. Each 50g pack is nitrogen-flushed for freshness.

What's in the blend

• Hop pellets: Columbus, Comet and Simcoe
• Alpha acids: Columbus 14.0-16.0%, Comet 9.4-12.4%, Simcoe 12.0-14.0%
• Aroma and flavour: pine, resin, citrus
• Net weight: 50g, nitrogen-flushed to protect aroma and alpha acids
• Storage: keep refrigerated, below 10°C

Best suited to

Mangrove Jack's recommend H3 for IPAs, West Coast IPAs, and amber and red ales. Mangrove Jack's Double IPA uses two sachets of H3 with the 3 India Pale Ale Base Can, E4 Light-Hopped Brew Enhancer and M42 New World Strong Ale yeast, making 16 litres at approx 7.0% ABV.

How to use

Add the pellets to your fermenter once the gravity reads 1.020 or below. No stirring is needed - just give it a few days before bottling.
