A long-handled nylon brush for scrubbing the inside of beer and wine bottles, so you can shift dried-on sediment that a rinse alone will not remove before you refill them.

How to use

Soak bottles in warm water with a cleaner such as VWP Cleaner, scrub the inside with the brush, then rinse well. Sanitise with ChemSan just before filling.

Who it's for

Anyone reusing glass bottles for beer, cider or wine - especially if you are collecting bottles that have not been rinsed straight after use.

Will it fit inside a 500ml beer bottle?

Yes. It is made to reach all the way to the bottom of standard 500ml beer bottles and wine bottles.

Can I use it on demijohns?

For demijohns the Nylon Brush - Cranked is better, as its angled head reaches the shoulders and base of the jar.

Does brushing replace sanitising?

No. Brushing removes dirt and deposits; you should still sanitise bottles, for example with ChemSan, before filling.
